The only reason this product didn't get a five star from me is because it is made almost entirely of plastic. I got great water pressure but the reviews I read complained about it. It's a good buy for the money AND it's just about the only brass-colored fixture that I could find-on or off the internet.Customer Review: Pleased with performance

We are happy with its performnce for water flow and force. It is also quiteer than other Hand Showers. The surprise was that it is not solid brass or brass over steel.
Over all we are happy with the product but not sure whetyher the price was littel too high.

I needed a replacement handheld shower in brass -- hard to find now that nickel and other colors are more popular. It is more "low flow" than my previous older handheld, but all 5 spray settings work well and I am very happy with looks, performance and price.Customer Review: Why not brass and WHITE?

My husband loved this gift. I am so glad I could find this polished brass hand held shower spray. Very difficult to find the polished brass at an affordable price but Amazon came thru.
