I have three hand held shower faucets in my residence. They have become clogged with our hard water and I've needed to replace them. I replaced one with a Alson brand and wasn't really as happy as this Delta unit. I also like the black insert in the hand held shower head. My negative would be my preference to have the black collar piece in brass to match the hose and cradle but that's a minor thing. Overall, I like the looks and quality and also all the spray options as well.

I was having great difficulty locating a brass,(there are lots of chrome, but brass is hard to find), hand shower in retail stores; then I found that Amazon carried this one. It's been terrific (once I figured out how to attach it...it was easy once I had the correct tools to remove the leaking old one!). It has several different strengths of spray and is quite manageable for such a low price.. I can highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hand shower.Customer Review: Great Value

This was purchased as a replacement for a hard-water beaten, "Massager" shower head on one of our shower heads. Our Master Bath shower with his-and-hers showers now sports matching shower heads; we have two of these, and find them to be just about the best value for the money without sacrificing quality, fit and finish,Customer Review: Exceptional!

Wow! This is the best hand shower I've owned. The swivel mount makes it so easy to position the head anyplace in the shower. I would only replace this hand shower with another just like it!
