A few years ago, I bought a $30 Waterpik hand shower that was a mess. Cheap plastic, lots of points of leakage, you name it, it was a problem. That product was returned to the store. This Delta product is mountains better than that one. My wife and I are not picky about the water spray settings, so we find this to be a solid product at the standard setting. Good water flow, nice long hose that can help with shower cleaning, and a solid ball and socket joint that keeps the showerhead where you want it. One tip I'd offer. When I installed the product, water leaked at the hose-to-hand shower connection. A little plumber's tape took care of it.
