I agree with the consensus of other reviewers. Don't bother purchasing. The instructions for installing are minimal at best. Once installed after following the directions we had excessive leaking and the shower head would not stay upright. One would wonder why the installation directions would note that teflon tape is recommended for installation to prevent leaking when other products used in the past are just screw on and you are good to go.Customer Review: Cheap Plastic

While installing the hose, it was broken with bare hands.
All parts are not metal. I am very disappointed with this cheap delta product. I had to return it, and purchased a hand shower with metal parts from a local store.
