We've been using this shower head for about 6 months now and both my husband and I like it. Haven't had issues with water pressure and I like the 'gentle rain' feel of the water output. The only issue we've had is that hot water seems to be used up pretty quickly. With our old shower head, we never ran out of hot water but we do with this one which tells me it dispenses much more water than the other one did. Still, I like it and am glad we purchased it. Has quite a few pluses. It's so much easier to clean the shower now since I can use the handheld unit to rinse off every corner. It's also a big help when I wash my dog in the shower as I can use the handheld unit to rinse her off. It's also great if more than one person is in the shower as one can have the handheld and the other can use the shower head at the same time.Customer Review: Nice Hand held Shower head

Ordered this combination handheld and regular showerhead about 3 weeks ago. My husband installed it easily, and works well. Able to switch between just the handheld, or just the surrounding head, or both. Also it is nice to be able to keep the water running and use the handheld at the same time. Only thing that I would have liked is to be able to change the flow to make it a little stronger, but our water pressure isn't that great anyhow, considering that it works great. Price was fairly reasonable and the quality is good. Does Leak a tiny bit where the hose connects to the handheld. I would recommend it to anyone looking for combination handheld and regular shower head. Great for washing down the shower when cleaning too.Customer Review: Happy with it

Been using this for about a week now and we are very happy with it. It is nice that it has to separate water streams, so that you still have water flow once you take the hand sprayer off. Construction seems to be pretty solid - but only time will tell how well it holds up.
Reason for the one star deduction is due to the hand sprayer water flow. The pressure is certainly not bad, but it could be a little stronger when you change it to one of the massage modes. However, this is likely a side effect of having the two water flows...

Love the different options and being able to take the hand held out but still have water coming out of the showerhead. Water pressure is a little low w/ both on so I typically just keep the hand held turned on when its hanging up. Does hang down a little low in the shower but I'm only 5ft 2in so it doesn't bother me. the functionality of this shower head is excellent. full body coverage for sure. switching between the 3 choices: shower head only, hand-held head only, or combo is excellent as well. i was only disappointed with the hose. no matter what i did it would leak. so i used a hose from the shower head i was replacing and it now works great.
