I love this thing. It installed without the need for any tools save for the scissors used to open the box. (I *hate* that kind of hard plastic packaging! One never fails to obtain an injury when trying to retrieve one's item from within.)
The heads work great together, great separately. Plenty of shower options to choose from (massage, rain shower, etc.). Looks good, although I was hoping for either a white with chrome. Instead, the large "encasing" portion of the shower head is like a greyish-sagish flecked hard plastic, with a white face and the smaller head is "chrome" on the outside and white on its face. Still, it looks good in my bathroom. It'd be *nice* if there was a *picture*. I had to Google for one, so I'd get an idea. I found 2 images: A "round" one (which is the one I received), and a stranger, flatter one. I like the round.
Anyway, what has impressed me the most (and my primary cause for concern with regards to the showerhead's design) is that the smaller showerhead fits perfectly in the larger one, and hasn't slipped out yet. Whoo hoo! Insofar as water pressure, I'd say it's fine. You're not going to be blasted out of the shower any time soon, but I have thick, curly hair, and I'm able to rinse without having to be in there for a year. (A big improvement over the showerhead I replaced.) And if you turn the dial to the handheld solo, the pressure does increase. Plus, I think there's a doohickey in the head that you can remove or whatever to increase pressure. Since I'm happy with it as is, I haven't bothered to really check.)

This shower head is awesome! We just remodeled our bathroom and wanted to update the shower head that came with our new bath spout to one on a hose. The problem with hosed showerheads is that if you're using the hose, you're probably getting cold because the warm water is not above you. This shower head answers that problem. It has three settings which are very easy to switch between- using just the handheld, just the outer fixed ring, or using both. With both turned on, you can use the handheld for better aim in rinsing without suffering the chills from the lack of warm water above. Our neighbors came over to see the finished bathroom and although we'd done MAJOR remodeling, the part they raved about was the shower head.Customer Review: Great Shower Head

I love this shower head. One of the major reasons I bought it is because the shower head sits below the end of the shower pipe that comes out of the wall. Most hand-held showers stick up 8 or 10 inches above the end of the pipe. I am fairly short (5'4") and I don't always want to get my hair wet when I shower ... with the higher shower heads you have to stand several feet away from the shower head to get the spray to hit at or below shoulder level ... not necessary with this one. The spray falls in a wide, soft pattern (one reviewer called it sensual), so there is little splashing to get your hair wet. This shower head would not be a good choice for someone who likes a hard pulsing water action.Customer Review: Luxurious and practical at the same time

This Delta showerhead is definitely dual-purpose. It gives you a luxurious shower experience combined with the practicality of being able to reach all corners of the shower at cleaning time. You have a choice of three levels of water volume, depending on whether you use the halo, the hand-held center, or both at the same time. In addition, you have the benefit of Delta quality. There are other dual-purpose showerheads on the market, but for my money, this is the best one. (This the second one I have purchased. First one had to be left behind when I moved cross-country. I'm so glad I could buy another one to replace it!)Customer Review: Finally!!

Coming from a country (Italy) where all showers have a hand-held shower head, and having desperately looked everywhere for a good one, I was very glad (and relieved) to find this shower head. It's an affordable and smart solution for people who like to have a hand-shower and a shower-head in the same system. So far it worked very well, it makes very little noise, the feel of the cascading water on the skin is very nice, and you can finally rinse your bath tub after the shower... If it does not brake (like all other so called shower systems I have tried so far) it will have been an ideal solution. So far, 5 stars!
