I bought this unit based upon it's high reviews here. Kinda wich I hadn't now.
While I agree that it is seemimgly well-made piece (hose, mount, connectors), I found the spray selection dial to be of poor design. It's a small little knub that doesn't dial-in easily to one's choice of spray selection. I can get past this but I suspect senior citizens and those with poor eyesight may struggle.
The handle of the spray head is also small. I take the sprayhead in and out of the it's "holster" several times during a shower and really don't give it much thought as a rule however with the small size of the handheld spray head, you could easlily miss it's base when putting it back.
And despite removing the flow restrictor, I found spray pressure to be worse than the previous handhelf shower massage it was replacing.
Finally, the spray settings were not to my liking ... but that's more of a personal preferance I suppose. I like the traditional spray but with the option of a more narrorwed flow. This allows for more concentrated pressure when it comes time for cleaning the shower. It is also a nice spray choice where the shower base rests relatively high.
I uninstalled this unit from our master bath and moved it to a guest bath. I ended up going back to a basic Water-Pik offering that had the sprayhead I was partial to.

I replaced my old Delta shower with this model.This model doesn't come close to my old one.I have pretty good water pressure but that doesn't seem to matter with this shower head.It has a weak spray and the only way that I can make it stronger is to mix the massager with the normal spray.I'm guessing the back flow valve that is permanently attached in the shower head is restricting the water flow to some degree.I suppose I'll have to replace my shower head again,as this one is literally a pain in the butt.Otherwise it's okay,the hose is plenty long enough,it was a breeze to install and it looks nice.Customer Review: An in-your-face sprayer

This is fine if you want to use it as a HAND HELD sprayer, but when in its holder, the spray is directed at a somewhat higher level than most sprayers. As a result, depending on where your shower pipe is set and how tall you are, you may find that the spray is going right into your face. It is set so that it will hit the far wall of the shower, instead on angling downwards at all. There is no way to aim it so it goes down at an angle, instead of straight OUT at you. Works fine, but I would not recommend it.Customer Review: not enought pressure

I've tried every setting and there is very little water pressure, my other shower head has plenty of pressure, and on the right setting too much. I uninstalled this one and put the old shower head back on even though it's seven feet up.Customer Review: redove
