This part is difficult to find in stores, and even more difficult to find in an oil-rubbed bronze finish. This does exactly what's needed when you want to have both a handheld shower and a shower head installed at the same time. Water will flow from one fixture or the other -- this is a switch and not a splitter. Water pressure is actually about the same as without the diverter.

Really good product, easy to install, matches other Delta "Venetian Bronze" fixtures perfectly.

EDIT 3-31-11: The warranty on this product is outstanding. There is apparently a lifetime warranty on this product. One of the internal gaskets got cut (there are internal pinch points as part of how it's designed) and I called for a replacement set of gaskets to repair it myself. Delta is sending me a new diverter, no questions asked. They apparently find it simpler to send you a new one than to have people have to fix it... Impressive service.
