Description of Delta 15-603 7-Piece 1/4-Inch to 1-Inch Forstner Bit Assortment

The steel cutting surface is ringed with a smooth edge for clean cutting action with no splintering. The short pilot point provides stable drilling with less risk of drilling through the workpiece in stopped holes. The smooth cutting edges also prevent the bit from wandering, making angle holes easy to drill. Holes can be drilled to overlap, or semi-circular holes can be drilled along the edge of the workpiece.
